Jairo Mosqauera’s Patient Energy Transport Vehicle

Meet Jairo Mosqauera, an Ecuadorian worker that was recently paralyzed from the waist down. He is a 40 years old widow with 5 children to support. His job is to sell Cocada and water in the San Camilo sector, located 25 km from Esmeraldas.

He is a recent recipient of a Patient Energy Transport (PET) vehicle, an item that was recently included in a MedShare shipment to Ecuador, and no longer has to wait for someone to take him the 3 km from his house to his work.
